Founded in 2025, Rajlaxmi Consulting Group aims to unite the societal, environmental, and economic wellbeing that comes as a result of proper corporate social responsibility with traditional business operations, pioneering an industry focused on more than just profit. Our founders
Chittaranjan Panigrahi
Chittaranjan has worn many hats over his decorated 30 year career, primarily focused on public infrastructure as a chief consultant to SUDA, Odisha’s state urban development agency. During that time, he created his own construction company, piloting it from a small 2 crore investment into a valuation of over 100 crores in only 10 years. His plethora of experience aside, his excellent eye for detail, emphasis on functionality, and his dedication to sustainability grants him a place amongst the best consultants in Odisha.
Siddhant Dhupal
With a wealth of foreign experience stemming from a lifetime of travel alongside a higher education from Loughborough University and the University of Strathclyde in the United Kingdom, Siddhant brings an extremely unique perspective to conventional infrastructure and social development projects in Odisha, foregoing commonly-used plans in favor of new ideas inspired by both mainstream and niche subcultures from abroad.
